Conference Registration

Chapter Presidents & Company Representatives: Please fill out the registration form below for your university/company/organization using the Registration Form provided below. You will register all students and faculty/associates/members from your respective university/company/organization who are attending this conference. You will need to collect information from all attendees such as name, email, t-shirt size, and morning event preference (Technical Paper Competition, Corporate Panel, or Campus Tour).

The regular registration fee (ending January 22, 2017) for students is $70 and for all guest attendees is $100. The first two faculty members from each university are admitted free of charge, and all additional faculty members will be asked to pay the guest attendee registration fee.

Payment can be made in the form of checks and money orders. All checks should be made out to "University of Tennessee" with the second line or memo as "IISE Regional Conference". These can be sent to the following address:

The deadline for all refunds is February 1, 2017. Refunds will be made in the form of a check and mailed back to the university faculty advisor or other primary point of contact.
